    HIdden fees for seven years without telling, and had the nerve not to pay out when a law suite was brought against them by thousands of users.

    Very friendly people here. Unlike some other branches and banks I've been to, the people here don't seem pushy. I had an issue with an account and was given helpful advice. Bottom line: I like going here and don't feel hassled or stressed. Good customer service overall.
