    My friend was just contacted by the bank to retrieve a phone that was left there by her husband. She asked me to pick it up since she was a distance away & they were minutes from closing. They refused to let me in the bank & left me knocking for quite some time before even acknowledging me. I guess by looking at me they didn't know I also banked with them & had a substantial IRA with them as well. I guess I didn't look like a person who deserved a little respect. Very disappointing.

    Not the most organized branch. If you're waiting for an agent, make sure you let someone know otherwise they may never come and serve you, even if you have an appointment. Wait times can be excruciatingly slow, but the people are friendly and mostly knowledgeable.
