- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great service, in/out in less than 20 minutes. Mr Marr at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Went on a Friday morning if that helps. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The security officer is irrational, macho, and threatening. The front desk clerk doesn't give correct information. There s a long wait, and the people who should be able to speak correctly to your issue frequently are unable to resolve anything. There is a pervasive rudeness about the place. SS should close this Evanston office and reopen with new personnel. The SS office on Lawrence Avenue in Chicago is, though larger, a much more efficient and pleasanter place to go.By Susan Juliana, October 03, 2016
